Bur Oak (2-3y)

In the Bur Oak room, we have a strong focus on continuing the support for the development of self-help skills, encouraging children to find their voice and moving to the next stages of play in their social development. 

What we are learning

In the Bur Oak room out toddlers are learning to

    • Implement personal hygiene
    • Use toilet
    • Dress and undress
    • Engage in play with peers
    • Increase balance and coordination
    • Manipulate a pencil to draw or scribble
    • Communicate needs verbally
