Kindergarten Orientation 

At Little.ly Early Learning Centre we want to ensure the transition to Kindergarten is enjoyable and supportive to provide comfort to families both parents and children .

Beginning Kindergarten is a milestone in every Childs life . Its important to prepare both yourself and your child for the next step in their education . 

As we are a Long Day Care service children will still e able to attend from 6.30 AM – 6.30PM , however our Kindergarten program will run from 9.30 AM 0 3.00Pm each day by a qualified Kindergarten teacher 

The process for enrolling into Little.ly Early Learning Centre is 

– Families can show expression of interest into the Kindergarten program any time of year 

– Families will submit the enrolment form and all relevant documentation

– Parent information night will be held in the first week of November and will discuss the following topics

– Introduction to our Kindergarten team

– Orientation process

– School readiness program 

– Long day care and Kindergarten ours

– What to expect / provide for your child 

-How to prepare your child for Kindergarten   

– Weekly orientation times will run for children starting in November after the parent information night . Transition times will be staggered based on your Childs day of attendance at the service 

– Orientation visits will last 90minutes and can be extended depending of your child’s needs
